Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine  that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam  deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.
I know this is a no-duh for 90% of people reading it but for the sake of the rest lets revise what we all should know about online phishig. And before you go all:

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me. :la:

Nintendo STEALS Money!Since this has been going around lately, I should probably give my two cents. Basically what it amounts to is that Nintendo has filed Content ID info of their games with YouTube. What this means is that if you upload gameplay video of a Nintendo game, YouTube will automatically monetize that video, put ads on it, a link to where to buy the game, and take the money generated from that video and give it directly to Nintendo. People who do "let's play" videos are, naturally, pissed off because they want to be earning money off their videos, so they're calling Nintendo "thieves" for doing this.
I can see both sides to the story. I can see Nintendo as a corporation wanting to exercise control over their properties. On the other hand, "let's play" videos can often help new gamers find games they otherwise wouldn't have tried.
But here's the thing: Nintendo isn't the first company do this. Both Microsoft and Ubisoft do it already. YouTube has also had a long history of having music videos and

This is gonna be a short journal entry, but I'm just curious if others have this problem. I don't know about everyone else, but I get very disappointed when I post art and it gets 0 favs or comments. When I think I have a great piece of literature or art my confidence level is high, but then I post it and no one favs or comments. I know favorites and comments don't define anyone's art, but it sure gives a me a lot more motivation. I'm sure people will comment with "Don't mind what others think" but with all honesty, that's almost impossible to do. I know I'm not the only one.

Yep, been there! :) It is frustrating however I would also prefer no comments or favs if people are just going to do it because they know I want them. Know what I mean. I don't want insincere opinions. That's just me though. But I can completely understand the feeling and I am sure there are many more of us on here that can!

I definitely know what you mean... although my art is definitely not too great, I love getting the occasional fave and rare comment. I try to go and comment on newly submitted things I like so they get that occasional comment then... I feel bad if I don't.

I can completely understand, I mean no the amount of comments or favorites do not define someone's art work. At the same time though it's just nice to be given that little nod once in awhile that says " hey that's pretty nice, great job". You can love what you do and you can love what you draw but if you make or write a million things and no one says a thing about them, you're likely going to start thinking " what's wrong with my stuff"

Now you have awesome stuff, example is a poem you wrote called Desires that I saw very well written.


Never stop submitting because my opinion is that if you get one comment or just one favorite that should mean more then a million meaningless bandwagon comments that you sometimes see on this website.
